It is clear that water is source of life and that his consumption
is essential for organism, because his influence is decisive
in many functions basic of our body, since it constitutes indispensable
means so that it can take place the normal absorption, transport
and use of the rest of the nutrients of foods, at the same time
that participate in the regulation of the corporal temperature.
The water is the best refreshment to clear the thirst, contributes
zero calories, must be able relaxant, it is used to clean tasting
glands during the food and it is possible to be mixed with any
type of food. Approximately 70% of our body this made up of
water, percentage that varies according to the age and the state
of health in which we are, thus any person could live without
eating during a period of days, but not without ingesting water.

The water
is present in very abundant form in the planet, appearing in
solid state (Arctic and Antarctic ice, and in the snow), I eliminate
(the oceans, rivers, etc.) and gaseous (planetary atmosphere);
but in spite of this 90% of the present water in the planet
are not apt for the human consumption.
Only a 10% are apt for almost direct consumption, of which the
2,5% represent the mineral water, that are those that does not
require physicochemical treatments by their original purity.
Being evident the shortage of this appraising I eliminate, arises
at the end of World War II, the Packaged Water, although not
with the present, but rather therapeutic commercial character.
It is as well as the water was sold in the beginning only in
pharmacies, but as of the Sixties, this product began to be
sold in all type of feeding commerce.

although specially in the developed countries but, looks for in
the water, not only that is pure, but the improvement of certain
physics characteristics, like scent, color and flavor. The packaged
water consumption grows every year remarkably, almost a 10%. |
